The Bridlewood Parking Rules are upheld to maintain safety clearance for emergency vehicles as well as keep our streets and sidewalks safe for pedestrians and pet friendly.
By design, there are four (4) parking spaces available to each Bridlewood home: two (2) in each garage; and two (2) in your driveway or front street inset for alley garage homes. Yet special circumstances might arise for which you may need additional temporary parking which could lead to a parking violation. You are encouraged to use Belmonte or park off-site. You can also ask a neighbor for permission to use one of their unused parking spaces temporarily. Commercial vehicles during home repair do not require a waiver.
Multiple day guest parking may be granted a waiver. Please make parking waiver requests as soon as you know that one is needed. Exceptions to the Parking Rules due to a medical condition or disability or other reasons can also be requested. However, waivers are limited to a maximum of three (3) weeks per application. Longer term needs will require a new request each period.
Complete this form and submit below. Waivers are granted on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the BOA Board of Directors.

Every home in Bridlewood was built with four (4) accessible parking spaces: Two (2) garage spaces and two (2) driveway spaces or street designated parking for alley homes.
With this in mind, tell us your need for requesting an additional fifth parking space on the street?
