Landscape Request Form

Bridlewood park, common areas and homeowner front yards are maintained through your BOA monthly dues. The Landscape Committee serves as liaison between the landscape company, homeowners and board for the upkeep of neighborhood properties. Your participation in your front yard care maintains Bridlewood’s beauty, promotes outdoor enjoyment and keeps homeowner fees efficiently utilized.

Please use this form along for ANY of the following landscape needs:

  • Report dead or failing shrubbery for replacement, damaged bushes, or unusual pruning needs.
  • Show homeowner changes to specific beds. Landscape company may maintain within approved planting list. Annuals, containers and bulbs are always the responsibility of homeowner.
  • Request decorative rock to replace entrance side beds. Remedies wet or narrow spaces.
  • Report lawn problems, such as dead patches, mower damage.
  • Street tree request such as pruning over 12', obstruction or damage to sidewalks, diseased or dying.
  • Report irrigation issues, such as broken rotors, leaks. If immediate or running water, call Morris Management.

About You and Your Home

Complete the following and submit. All entries will go to the Bridlewood Landscape Committee for review during their regularly scheduled monthly meeting unless noted as an immediate safety or irrigation need.

Renters may report dying plants or lawns/ irrigation issues. Other changes must be submitted by the homeowner.

Street and Front Yard Trees

Tree requests for pruning or removal of diseased or dying trees are now part of Landscape Committee. Use this section for your request.

Please note that front yard tree removal usually requires a City of Tumwater permit. Each summer, the LC conducts an annual forestry report including permits for our ongoing Tree Project revitalization. Removals are only once a year unless deemed an immediate threat to people or property.
