Each Fall, the Bridlewood Owners Association (BOA) Board of Directors develop and adopt the upcoming annual budget for income and expenses of Owners fees. This includes both Operation and long term Replacement Fund Reserves budgets. A complete information packet is mailed outlining the budgets along with details on the Owner’s Ratification meeting . This year we have invited Nasim Landscape to share and answers questions. Landscape maintenance of front yards and common areas, irrigation and tree care are the majority budget needs. Join us, too, for our gift card drawing. Must be present to win!
Each month your volunteer BOA Board members meet to review homeowner concerns, attend to fiscal needs, approve projects and track maintenance for the vitality of the neighborhood. Bridlewood Owners Association contracts with Morris Management to support compliance with local laws, organizational bylaws and homeowner conduct as provided in the governing policies of Bridlewood’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and (CC&Rs).
