We heard you loud and clear! The BOA Board has made important changes related to your feedback at the October Budget Meeting. And, we can’t wait to be share good news…

Your Participation is Vital:

• Amendment Change. 75% of homeowner “approve” votes are required to increase BOA Board of Directors with two Member-at-Large positions as liaisons to Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and Landscape Committee.  VOTE on this amendment here
• Board Member Elections. 3 open seats + 2 new positions with passage of amendment (5 positions open seats total), It’s a great time to join in! APPLY to the Board or committee volunteer here.
• 2024 Budget Revision Ratification. End-of-year financial review and Board recommendation has led to budget revision that has immense expense reductions.

Homeowners will be mailed a complete information packet by mid-March.
