Check your vote of Approved or Rejected for each section of the following proposed amendments where indicated below:

Amendment Article IV Section 1

Delete Article IV, Section 1, of the Bylaws and substitute a new Subsection in its place as follows:

“Section 1. Number. The affairs of this Association shall be managed by a Board of seven (7) Directors.”

Amendment Article IV Section 2

Delete Article IV, Section 2, of the Bylaws and substitute a new Section 2 in its place as follows:

“Section 2. Term of Office. At annual meetings the members shall elect Directors to serve staggered two (2) year terms based on three (3) positions being open for election every other year and four (4) positions being open for election at the other annual meetings.

By checking this box you are submitting your vote to approve or reject the proposed amendment to the Bridlewood Owners' Association Bylaws of May 23, 2002.
